This is a post for anyone out there with a big game library. The bigger the better. (But size isn't everything. You can play with a smaller game library as well.) You have all these games and sometimes it's really hard to choose one to play. Well, why not play a game which uses all of your games?
Timeline is a simple card game where you pull a card off the deck and take turns guess whether the rubber band was invented before the internal combustion engine or after. Then you flip over the card and you can check.
Now, you can do the same with your games. Pick out a random game from your shelf/floor/stash and guess which year it was published. Consensus decides whether you are talking about the first or current edition of the game. To check, one person can search the game on Boardgamegeek.
And voila, you now have a whole new game that uses all your other games! Some of my designer friends and I have talked about this game a few times, so I can't wait to try it out with them! If you do try it, tell me what you thought, by commenting below or on any of my social media.
